Winds pick up as Tropical Storm Fiona approaches Caribbean islands

Fiona kicked up winds across parts of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, and Anguilla on Sept. 16 as the Caribbean braced for the tropical storm to arrive.
