Baling MP Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim was granted a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) by the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today over allegations of corruption and money laundering.<br /><br />According to Bernama, deputy public prosecutor Raya Aslinda Ahad applied for discharge during case management today.<br /><br />Sessions Court judge Azura Alwi said she was satisfied with the reasons provided by the prosecution in granting the discharge.<br /><br />A DNAA meant that Abdul Azeez can face the same charges again in the future.
