Hurricane Fiona has been upgraded back up to a category 4 storm. Parts of Canada are under a hurricane warning as the storm barrels northward across the Atlantic. While Canada is bracing for impact, people in the Caribbean are still picking up the pieces in Fiona’s aftermath.
