The eyewall of super typhoon Karding (international name: Noru) is now affecting Polillo Islands, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in its latest bulletin.<br /><br />On Sunday afternoon, Sept. 25 at 4 p.m., the eye of Karding was located over the coastal waters of Burdeos, Polillo Islands in Quezon.
