Lukashenko says those fleeing mobilisation in Russia 'will return' in meeting with Putin<br /><br />Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko says he is confident that Russian citizens who have gone abroad will eventually return home at a meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Sochi.
