A banker told the High Court in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday (Sept 27) that AmBank had paid a RM2.83 billion settlement to the government over the 1MDB scandal.<br /><br />AmBank (M) Berhad Jalan Raja Chulan branch manager, R.
