Hurricane Ian has made landfall in Florida and left a path of destruction as homes in the Key West area were left deluged with water ahead of the high tide.<br /><br />Footage shows one home completely flooded and in darkness due to the widespread blackouts in the state.<br /><br />The filmer said: "Water is rising here in Key West. This is under the house. Just now. High tide in 2 hours."
