President Putin signs accord to annex four occupied Ukrainian regions

Russian President Vladimir Putin signs an accord to annex the occupied regions of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia at a treaty signing ceremony in St George’s Hall at the Kremlin.
