The Opposition Leader is asking the Government to confirm if 25-hundred employees are going to be fired from the Water and Sewerage Authority... as part of the restructuring plan.<br /><br />The Opposition Leader linked her question to an ongoing review of water rates by a State body.<br /><br />She told Parliament taxpayers are now being told... to carry the burden of the cost by paying higher rates for water that many of them don't receive.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
