The Inland Revenue Board’s (IRB) attempt to collect RM10.3 million in purported tax arrears from Nooryana Najwa Najib has been “resolved”.<br /><br />This followed the withdrawal of the IRB’s appeal against a High Court decision on Aug 26, 2020 to not grant a summary judgment against Nooryana.<br /><br />The appeal was supposed to be heard today.<br /><br />Read more: https://www.malaysiakini.com/news/638235
