Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz on Friday (Oct 7) announced good news for civil servants.<br /><br />Smartphone and computer schemes for civil servants will be expanded to include smartwatches, with the interest lowered from 4% to 2%.
