Cricket West Indies and the players have to have a better form of communication with one another to avoid any damage.<br /><br />So says cricket analyst Fazeer Mohammed following the omission of batsman Shimron Hetmyer from the T20 World Cup squad after he missed two flights for the tournament 'Down Under'.<br /><br />Mohammed says this could also do some damage to the team's chances with the World Cup just days away.
