Customer Growth Associate, Google Customer Solutions<br /><br />#job #jobs #jobnews #jobs2022 #jobsearch #jobvacancy<br /><br />Job Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan<br /><br />Minimum qualifications:<br />Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.<br /><br />Ability to speak and write in English fluently.<br /><br />Preferred qualifications:<br />Experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, or a related field.<br /><br />Experience with Google Ads and online advertising, and/or Google Ads certified.<br /><br />Knowledge managing a portfolio and/or working against assigned customer goals (e.g., business growth, customer success metrics, outreach goals, etc.).<br /><br />Understanding in sales, technology, and how to help businesses grow online.<br /><br />Ability to think strategically.<br /><br />Excellent internal/external communication and problem-solving skills.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br /><br />Serve as an advisor to clients by building relationships with customer decision-makers/business owners to understand their business goals and digital marketing plans, and help with Google advertising.<br /><br />Manage accounts and identify opportunities where Google Ads can impact growth.
