<p>Christine McGuinness has admitted she's "really not fine' after her split from husband Paddy McGuinness. Speaking on Instagram ahead of her appearance at the National Television Awards (NTAs), where their documentary Paddy And Christine: Our Family And Autism is up for a gong, Christine confessed to feeling "anxious" ahead of the ceremony but said she was planning to try and enjoy herself and hold her head "up high".</p>
