Karnataka: Rain lashes parts of Hubli, normal life hit out of gear

Heavy rain lashed parts of Hubli on October 14. The continuous rainfall hit normal life out of gear. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in parts of Karnataka.
