Some residents of Moruga feel like they are under siege.<br /><br />That's according to the Councillor for Lengua/Indian Walk following the killing of 42-year-old Mechanic Collin Forbes, after minor car accident in a carpark.<br /><br />The councillor says crime is infiltrating the community.<br /><br />Tv6's Nicole M Romany tells us more.
