Ezra Miller , Pleads Not Guilty <br />to Burglary Charges.<br />NBC News reports that the actor pleaded <br />not guilty while appearing virtually in the Bennington Superior Court on Oct. 17.<br />Miller has been charged with felony burglary and petit larceny after allegedly breaking into a home <br />in Vermont and stealing alcohol on May 1.<br />If convicted, <br />Miller faces <br />26 years in prison.<br />Miller also recently <br />faced harassment and <br />assault charges <br />in Hawaii and Berlin.<br />Miller issued an apology in August and announced plans to undergo mental health treatment.<br />Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment, Ezra Miller, via statement.<br />I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. <br />I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and <br />productive stage in my life, Ezra Miller, via statement.<br />'The Flash,' in which Miller portrays the <br />titular hero, is set to debut on June 23, 2023
