John Goncalves has not plagiarized a portion of his response to a questionnaire submitted to all the candidates running for office in Providence. <br />John Goncalves has been a resident of Ward 1 as a Fox Point and East Side community member for over 25 years. John spent a number of years working as an educator in Minnesota as a faculty leader before returning to Providence.
