Clorox Recalls , Cleaning Products That , May Contain Bacteria.<br />NPR reports that on Oct. 25, the Clorox Company announced a recall of its scented multi-surface and all-purpose cleaners. .<br />The original pine-scented Pine-Sol <br />is not included in the recall.<br />However, CloroxPro Pine-Sol All Purpose Cleaners and Clorox Professional Pine-Sol Lemon Fresh Cleaners have been recalled.<br />According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the products , "may contain bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, an environmental organism found widely in soil and water.".<br />The bacteria can enter the body if inhaled, through the eyes, or through a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are usually not affected by the bacteria, U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, via recall.<br />The affected products were made between January 2021 and September 2022.<br />The commission says consumers may contact the company for a refund if they purchased one of the recalled products.<br />For a refund, consumers should take a <br />picture of the UPC and date codes.<br />It is then advised to throw <br />the product in the garbage.
