Delhi Jal Board sprayed chemicals on toxic foam in River Yamuna in Kalindi Kunj on October 29 to dissolve toxic foam on the surface of the river. <br /><br />Ahead of Chhath Puja, heavy toxic foam was spotted on the surface of the Yamuna river due to heavy pollution.
