Perikatan Nasional information chief Azmin Ali said that Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari was a proxy in the race for the Gombak parliamentary seat.<br /><br />In a speech at an event today, Azmin said there were rumours of a big name coming to contest in the seat but the person ran away to Perak.<br /><br />He added that candidates should contest based on their own conviction and if they were forced to contest a seat it was just a proxy war.
