HALLOWEEN TRADITIONS <br /><br />Although a Western tradition, trick or treat on Halloween have been adopted by Filipinos. Children of residents at Barangay Tinajeros in Malabon City are no exception as they go around the neighborhood to collect candies and other treats on Monday, Oct. 31, 2022.
