SCOTUS Temporarily Blocks Release , of Trump Tax Records to House Democrats.<br />Fox News reports that Justice John Roberts granted a stay on Nov. 1. .<br />The stay temporarily prevents Democrats on the House Ways and Means Committee from gaining access to Trump's tax records.<br />The committee has been asked to respond before noon on Nov. 10.<br />In 2019, the committee asked to see six years worth of the former president's tax returns.<br />Last year, the Justice Department agreed that Congress should be able to obtain the records.<br />Trump's legal team has appealed that decision.<br />Last December, U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden ruled that the tax returns should be turned over by the Treasury Department.<br />In August of this year, <br />a federal appeals court agreed.<br />Fox News reports that last week, the D.C.
