Consumer group CHOICE releases list of dodgy products

Consumer advocacy group choice has named Qantas and four other brands - as the 'winners' of this year's Shonky awards. CHOICE CEO Alan Kirkland says holes in consumers laws have allowed companies like Qantas to get away with bad behaviour.
