Chad Greenway retired in 2016 after an 11-year career with the Vikings, but he and wife Jenni remain active in the Minnesota community with their Lead The Way Foundation.<br />Chad and Jenni hosted the foundation's 11th annual TendHer Heart Brunch for nearly 300 mothers seriously ill and/or medically complex children.The foundation describes its primary focus as providing "seriously ill and physically challenged children throughout the Twin Cities with daily support and life-changing experiences"
