Chronic pain advocates have criticised Australia's drug regulator over its plans to further restrict the sale of paracetamol. <br /><br />The Therapeutic Goods Administration will discuss its intentions to limit purchases to two packs per person at supermarkets when it meets next week. <br /><br />An independent report into the rising rates of intentional overdoses has sparked the move.<br /><br />There were nearly 7,000 paracetamol overdoses recorded in New South Wales and Victoria last year.
