Wayne Rooney's son Kai has shown his ability in a kickabout with influencer Billy Wingrove at the Football Escapes camp in Dubai.<br /><br />The 13-year-old, who plays for Manchester United's academy, demonstrated his excellent technique. <br /><br />In one clip Kai is seen receiving the ball and cutting back inside, making three opponents fall over before scoring. <br /><br />Kai also shows his incisive passing and finishing as he combines with Billy Wingrove, who oversees the F2Freestylers YouTube channel along with Jeremy Lynch.<br /><br />Kai joined the Red Devils' academy in December 2020, having previously spent time with Manchester City's youth teams as well as Bethesda SC Washington during Wayne's spell in MLS.<br /><br />Last season Kai excelled for United's Under-12s side, scoring 56 goals and providing 28 assists.<br /><br />He will hope to one day follow in the footsteps of his famous father by playing for the Red Devils at first-team level. Wayne remains Manchester United's all-time record Goalscorer with 253 goals and is now the manager of DC United.<br /><br />Kai's performances for United at youth level last season led to him securing a sponsorship deal with Puma. <br /><br />Another son of a United legend, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, also plays for the club's academy.
