Maxi-taxi driver lost his life in a freak accident today.<br /><br /><br />Theodore James, was crushed to death just outside his home in Fort Bennett, Black Rock.<br /><br /><br />According to reports, the tragic incident occurred as he was attempting to fix his maxi-taxi, to resume operations of picking up school children.
