<p>This is the shocking moment a JCB digger driven by a “drunk” man rammed into a house and car in a Welsh street.<br>Neighbours watched in horror as the digger repeatedly ploughed into the house on the street in Woodfield, Blackwood, south Wales on Tuesday.<br>The driver rammed into a silver Ford Focus on the house's driveway – almost flipping it over with the digger's bucket.<br>Footage filmed by onlookers shows the driver holding his phone calmly behind the wheel of the JCB as he carries out the bizarre attack.</p>
