Incumbent Kuala Nerus MP Mohd Khairuddin Aman Razali, who is mounting a defence on a BN ticket, believed that his constituents are looking for a leader who has morals and is able to unite the people.<br /><br />"The people here want someone with ideas and morals because we are in an era where people want to unite, not break apart.<br /><br />"Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, the government has shown that it cares for the rakyat by allocating millions of ringgit (for relief efforts).<br /><br />"Therefore, I believe the people can see what we have accomplished," he said when met at the Serdang night market in Kuala Terengganu last night.
