But, Did you know that this versatile product has other benefits and uses? 1- Linen and Clothing freshener.<br />*Place an open box of baking soda alongside your stacks of sheets and towels to stave off mustiness. 2- Toothpaste. *No toothpaste, Mix baking soda with water for an effective, nonabrasive cleanser.<br />3- Unclogs drains.<br />*Pour one cup of baking soda down the drain, then chase with one cup of vinegar. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Follow with a gallon of boiling water.<br />4- Laundry.<br />Prewash with baking soda or add to your favorite detergent for cleaner, fresher and brighter clothes.<br />5- Deodorize.<br />Place an open box of baking soda inside your refrigerator to neutralize odors, sprinkle on rugs before vacuum, sprinkle in trash cans.<br />6- Clean pots and pans.<br />*Cover stubborn baked-on spots in casserole dishes with baking soda.
