A man spent the last 11 months trying to con Scottish courts into believing he was Arthur Knight, an orphan from Ireland who has never been to the US. <br /> <br />It was alleged that ‘Arthur Knight’ was lying, and was actually Nicholas Rossi - a fugitive rape suspect who had been fighting extradition to the US.
