Hartlepool Marina businesses’ warning after ‘void transaction’ tickets lead to parking fines

Hartlepool Marina business owners Angela Brumwell and Ken Hedley have warned motorists after ticket machines started issuing “void transaction” receipts saying “parking ticket” at the top.
