Indian National Congress launched its election manifesto for the upcoming Gujarat Elections. Gujarat Elections will take place in two phases and results will be declared on December 8.<br />While launching the party’s manifesto, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said, “What problem does Government have in constituting a Commission under a sitting or retired judge of the High Court in the Morbi incident?” <br />“If people are punished, people will be wary in the future. That is governance - it is zero here,” he added.<br />
