Jehlano Romney, the suspect turned State witness in the murder of Police Constable Clarence Gilkes, is dead.<br /><br /><br />Romney was murdered on Sunday night at the home of his father in Morvant, Laventille.<br /><br /><br />Alicia Boucher has more in this report.
