From 2016 to present the Tobago House of Assembly is owed over 138 million dollars by Central Government.<br /><br />This revelation was made by Chief Secretary Farley Augustine.<br /><br />He says, the THA only realized these shortfalls after he asked his accounting officers to make the necessary checks.<br /><br />More from Elizabeth Williams.
