The adverse weather alert for this country remains in effect but with a downgrade.<br /><br />Earlier today, the Local Government Minister also said the Prime Minister chaired a special meeting of Cabinet Ministers examining the State's response to the adverse weather over the past five days.<br /><br />The Works Minister also said a National Drainage Plan is being undertaken.<br /><br />But should people who live in flood prone areas be relocated?<br /><br />Our Political Editor Juhel Browne reports.
