The Local Government Minister says flood victims can apply for State-funded grants to assist in their financial recovery.<br /><br />He spoke during a media conference Tuesday as he advised that because certain rivers are at capacity, and high tide is at 8.41 pm the riverine flood alert remains in effect.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
