To promote the horticulture sector and help the farming community of Kashmir, the scientists of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST) Shalimar have introduced high-tech drones to spray chemicals such as fertilizers and pesticides in the orchards. <br /><br />With the help of this high technology, growers will complete the spraying process of their orchards within minutes instead of days or weeks. <br /><br />This developmental step brought revolution in the horticulture sector which was the requirement of time. <br /><br />According to experts, if farmers adopt the latest technology it will help in increasing economic productivity, reducing environmental pollution and attracting youth to agriculture.<br />
