As Congress has cemented its lead in the Himachal Pradesh Assembly poll results, Congress leader Pawan Khera on December 08 claimed that Congress will give a stable government in the Himachal. <br /><br />“No neck-to-neck fight, we're heading towards an absolute majority and going to give a stable government. No Operation Keechad will work and neither will we allow it,” said Pawan Khera. <br /><br />The party is leading on 35 seats in Himachal Pradesh which is the majority mark.
