Footage taken moments before Harry proposed seemingly shows Meghan speaking to Jessica - referred to only as 'Jess' - on the phone. In the clip, Meghan, 41, is heard saying: 'Oh my God Jess. It's happening,' as Harry, 38, was preparing the proposal set-up. Despite the phone call appearance in the show, Jessica didn't actually mane an appearance in the first three episodes of the series.
