Fisheries Management and Law Enforcement<br /><br />International advocacy organization Oceana holds a Coastal Law Enforcement Summit in Quezon City on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2022. The event gathered stakeholders to discuss the status and accomplishments in the country's fisheries management, especially on law enforcement, and to forge a national enforcement alliance to protect municipal waters, and outline ways and means to strengthen enforcement. Among those who joined were Deputy Chief of Coast Guard Capt. Havelino Salih; Director Nestor Dumenden of the Department of Agriculture - Philippine Council of Agriculture and Fisheries, PANGISDA Pilipinas President Pablo Rosales, and PCol.
