Police have arrested two people and are digging up a garden at a house in Birmingham where they believe a dead child has been buried.<br /><br />A man, 40, and a woman, 41, were arrested on Friday (9/12) and have been charged with neglect and for causing or allowing the death of a child.<br /><br />Detectives are searching the garden of a house in Clarence Road, in Handsworth, Birmingham.<br /><br />
