Hapur police arrested two people named Kailash Chand and Sanjay on December 29 for manufacturing and selling spurious liquor illegally. <br /><br />The equipment used for making alcohol was also recovered from them. <br /><br />The accused used to mix urea into the alcohol and used to hide it in a milk vehicle and sell it in Uttarakhand.
