Governor Kathy Hochul issued the emergency proclamation as many people lost power and were subjected to dangerously low temperatures.<br /><br />Following a terrible and historic winter storm that blanketed the area and claimed more than two dozen lives, Buffalo braced itself for additional snowfall on Tuesday.<br /><br />According to the National Weather Service, up to 2 additional inches of snow were forecast for certain areas of western New York until Tuesday.<br /><br />#buffalo #snow #newyork
