The President of the Scrap Iron Dealers' Association is calling for the proclamation of the bill meant to regulate the scrap metal industry.<br /><br /><br />He backs up his call with a claim that when the industry is fully operating, "most of the crime problem" in the country can be solved.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
