Shamila, a Coimbatore-based Post Graduate Mechanical Engineering student turned into a poultry farmer and has been breeding hens for the past two years. <br /><br />On January 02, one of the hens at the farm laid an egg which measured 8.1 inches in size and had a circumference of 5.5 inches and weighed 90 grams, which is way more than a normal-sized egg which weighs around 40 grams.<br /><br /> The egg has been preserved for the Guinness World Record.<br />
