Four people - including two children - were rescued after the Tesla they were travelling in plunged 250 feet off a cliff on the coast of California.<br />Video shared by the California Highway Patrol Golden Gate Division Air Operations shows a CHP helicopter lowering an El Cerrito Fire Helicopter Rescue Technician to the scene to assist the rescue of the two adults.<br />All four are in stable condition, according to fire officials.
