Bodycam video released after a Chicago Police Officer fatally shoots Anthony Alvarez during an extended foot chase. The video shows Alvarez running with a pistol in one hand and his cell phone in the other hand. The Officer that shot Alvarez is Evan Salano and he was suspended for 20 days.
