From being the officer in charge (OIC) of Malacañang’s communication arm, Undersecretary Cheloy Garafil is now the new secretary of the Presidential Communications Office (PCO). <br /><br />Prior to the designation, Garafil served as the OIC of the PCO, which was previously called Office of the Press Secretary (OPS), since October 2022.
